We’re proud to host a powerhouse panel of speakers whose work spans journalism, education, and global research—each bringing a unique lens to the issue of online violence against women and girls.
Kajsa Ekis Ekman is a Swedish author, journalist and editor-in-chief of Parabol Press. Her books, including Being and Being Bought and On the Meaning of Sex, challenge commodification and redefine womanhood. She’s spoken at over a thousand conferences worldwide on women’s rights, economic crises and geopolitics. Kajsa brings a sharp feminist critique of digital exploitation and the global systems that enable it.
Michael Conroy is an educator and activist with 16 years in UK secondary schools, specialising in boys’ development and mental health. He’s trained hundreds in suicide prevention and domestic abuse intervention, and created ‘FOUNDATIONS’, a pioneering programme for boys aged 9–12. A regular media commentator, Michael tackles online misogyny, radicalisation and the influence of digital culture on young men.
Matilda Gosling is a social research consultant and author with two decades of experience across 60+ countries. Her expertise spans education, child development and belief systems, with a focus on sensitive topics and evidence-based policy. Her books Evidence-Based Parenting and Teenagers – The Evidence Base offer vital insights into youth vulnerability in the digital age and the societal shifts shaping online harm.
